Vegetarian and Vegan
Vegetables are an integral part of Indian food and we prepare them in a variety of ways. We offer a wide range of tasty and nutritious dishes and by adding spices they can be very exotic. There are also different cooking methods such as baking, boiling, grilling etc. We offer a number of tempting vegetarian and vegan dishes and are always happy to discuss preparing a dish just the way you like it.
Fortunately a lot of our Indian dishes are naturally gluten free, we do not thicken our sauces or gravies with wheat flour, consequently the majority of our curries are gluten free so you can enjoy them as part of your modified diet. For example, Chicken Dhansak, Onion Bhaji's and kurma's are gluten free as are most of our vegetable side dishes. The important thing is that we prepare everything from scratch and do not use pre-made sauces so we control what ingredients we use.
Due to the popular demand in dairy free diets also those who have a problem digesting lactose, we use vegetable ghee and vegetable oil for a huge majority of our dishes. The added benefit of vegetable ghee and vegetable oil is that both are cholesterol free. Please let one of our friendly team know if you would like a completely dairy free meal so that we can make sure you don't accidentally order something with dairy.
We all have experience with allergies and appreciate some people may be allergic to the most obscure things.Whether you have a nut allergy or allergic to capsicum or even something more demanding such as you are allergic to onion's and garlic, let us know and we wil discuss how to cook a certain dish and do our very best to make sure you don't leave hungry.
